The Cracker Companies are Getting in on Super Bowl Ad 2013 Territory with Release of Wheat Thins Ad

The kick off of the Super Bowl is an important event and Wheat Thins will be first ad you see right before kick off when you tune in to watch.

Wheat Thins is launching its new “Must. Have. Wheat Thins.” campaign with a new, hilarious TV ad, airing just before the start of the Super Bowl broadcast (between 5:30 and 6 p.m.) and a second-screen experience in Baltimore and San Francisco. The ad features a man so passionate about his Wheat Thins that he dons night vision goggles to watch and protect them from some surprising intruders.

Tied to the campaign, Wheat Thins launched a second-screen Super Bowl experience in Baltimore and San Francisco, where fans are competing to prove which city has the “loudest fans.” Fans are sharing their love for their city on Twitter and/or Instagram by tweeting/posting either #SF #MUSTHAVEWHEATTHINS or #BAL #MUSTHAVEWHEATTHINS. The winning city will be announced on January 27.
